Digital print, banners and flags have unlimited uses. Retail designers use them extensively for seasonal point of sale promotions and they are widely used at large corporate events and exhibitions. We have invested heavily in this area and as a result we have produced print for a wealth of clients including Gunwharf Quays, Royal Canin, Fire and Stone Pizza Restaurants.

Our state of the art full solvent digital printer is capable of printing large and small format high resolution graphics. We use a Mimaki JV33 – 160 which employs a specially developed high-speed piezo print head enabling it to print at a resolution of up to 1,440 dpi with a maximum speed of up to 17.5m2 per hour (540 x 720 dpi). We can design and produce graphics on a variety of materials including self adhesive vinyl, banner pvc, perforated window film, mesh, canvas and poster paper.

The CG-160 FX Cutting Plotter from Mimaki features high speed continuous crop mark detection to produce precise contour cut graphics, stickers and decals from self adhesive vinyl up to 1,425mm wide.
